A series of two-day music workshops run by Rose Bellingham and Peter Osborn. The emphasis is on the enjoyment of singing, solo and in groups, and the course includes opera choruses, polyphonic Georgian song, jazz and rock classics, and the opportunity for individual vocal coaching and performance. You don't have to be an accomplished singer to enjoy the weekend to the full. Courses are inexpensive and a lot of fun.

Rose is a singing teacher and has worked as a professional opera singer for 17 years performing with companies including the Glyndbourne Festival Opera, Scottish Opera and the European Chamber Opera. Peter was a professional singer for 15 years singing in West End Musicals such as Grease, Jesus Christ Superstar and Hair.

Here are some comments from participants on our last weekend. "... fantastic singing weekend!... a perfect balance of time between relaxation and music, by the end of the weekend I felt recharged and fulfilled, it was great! The location was perfect and the ethos of the work, enabling everyone to develop at their own pace and level in a supportive environment, was very effective. I certainly came away feeling stronger connections to my music and much more confident..."

"I had a thrilling time... Despite my relative lack of experience and not knowing anybody before I arrived, it was wonderful to be singing with such a supportive group... a fun and challenging weekend which also improved my singing. I would recommend to anybody who loves to sing."

"I am not a stranger to occasional public performance but still my biggest handicap, I believe, is nervousness so to be able to develop confidence in a “safe” setting as this is certainly a profound benefit".

"What a wonderful weekend. What peace and solitude. A retreat and respite. I would be so very happy to return... it was a real joy to meet everyone..."
